Making the complex simple
You can simplify your projects, no matter the scope, with detailed planning, clear measurement, and a crisp execution strategy.
Build a great plan
Great plans help bring peace and control to your stakeholders' lives. CPC brings practiced project leaders who know what it's like when projects fall off the rails. Together, we help your teams:
- Define clear project objectives and the tasks needed to accomplish them.
- Assign those tasks to the right stakeholders and define success measures for execution.
- Schedule those tasks efficiently so your objectives are met on time and on budget.
At the end of Planning, each stakeholder signs off on their part of the plan and those documents are publicly posted for all teams to reference.
How would your team's experience improve if every stakeholder knew what was expected?

Measure what matters
Planning is useless if you don’t measure your success!
CPC develops digestible, relevant reporting packages in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to help project leaders measure what matters.
How would your customers be impacted if your teams had clear, actionable data supporting your projects?
Execute with precision
Leading large projects can be overwhelming. We want to help your teams meet their project goals in a way that is predictable, repeatable, and enjoyable.
CPC places proven project leaders with your teams that can unite stakeholders and lead them to project close. Our leaders stand out from the crowd in three ways:
We provide Active Leadership, rather than just note-taking and call scheduling.
We take an Empathetic Approach, rather than leaning on hierarchy.
We pursue Measurable Success and are not happy until success is apparent to all parties.

A tested formula
Connective uses a set of battle-tested tools to help firms unite every stakeholder under one project plan.

Project Charter
A document that formally authorizes the start of a project and defines its high-level information such as scope, budget, time constraints, goals, etc. Align your organization under one banner.
Work Breakdown Structure
The WBS is a document that decomposes the project scope into smaller and more manageable components called work packages. No more surprise tasks in the eleventh hour!
RACI Matrix
Our personal favorite! The RACI matrix is a document that defines the roles and responsibilities for each task and stakeholder in a project.
Project Schedule
In scheduling, all of the task iteration accomplished in previous planning phases gets translated into an actionable project schedule.
Execution Strategy
With the schedule in place, leaders now define how the work will be completed. Resource plans are documented, reporting strategies are lined up, and communication expectations are set.
Project Plan Sign-off
At the end of Planning, every stakeholder signs off on the plan in writing. This provides a sense of accountability that can last through the duration of your longest projects.
